Cat Care

Cat Care
Cat Care

Volunteer for cat care in Caye Caulker, Belize!

Through this project, you'll care for housecats that have been mistreated or that were taken from the dangers of living on the streets, and given a new home at the sanctuary.

Daily tasks include:

  • Feeding the cats
  • Cleaning their food and water bowls
  • Scooping and replacing litter
  • Brushing the cats
  • Helping Madi, our partner program's founder and director, watch the cats during their “free time” outside of the cattery

You'll volunteer with P.A.W. Cat Sanctuary and Humane Society, a local group that provides spaying and neutering services and promotes humane education in Belize.

Location

This program is located in Caye Caulker, Belize, a beautiful island just off the mainland. At six miles long by two miles wide, Cay Caulker’s community is tight-knit, yet welcoming of tourists and travelers.
